Crystal Beach Villas is a project composed by nearly 90 homes with different configurations and floor plans depending the location and lifestyle.

In a remote tranquil location on the Sea of Cortez the site and planning were designed to allow the majority of the homes to have sea view and a green belt with species from the region. The homes range from 600sf to 240sf and are built from local materials considering the existing workforce and labor skills, all units have interior courtyards to generate interior views and bring natural light and air, also the material selection and design consider the environment with sustainability as a big part of the development.
